The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner for guests, and is open for non-guests during specified hours.  Carriearl serves a fine selection of International Cuisine, fresh seafood, and pizzas that are the talk-of-the-town.  Prepared and served with attention to detail, meals at Carriearl are tantilizing and delightful!  "Dronzi's Driftwood Bar" serves superb cocktails, local beers, and Dronzi's famous rum punch.  Lunch with friends, a romantic dinner for two, or a holiday banquet - Carriearl will be a delight!

Wednesday to Saturday - Lunch is 12 Noon to 2pm, and Dinner is 6pm to 9pm

McIntosh's Bahamas team won the silver medal at the American Culinary Federation's Taste of the Caribbean Competition in 2017.


His culinary experience includes stops at Hilton at Resorts World Bimini and Sandals Royal Bahamian in Nassau.
